Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
    Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, postal service issues, or weather disruptions.

    Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within [24] hours.
        Damages and Lost Packages
        Lure of the Horizon is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
        Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
